Novena to St. Joseph

This year marks the 11th annual praying of this novena at Christ the King parish in Worcester. We pray for those with serious illnesses, for their comfort and recovery, and we pray that assisted suicide will never be legalized here in Massachusetts. nor anywhere else.

St. Joseph is the patron saint of a happy death because he died in the arms of Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary. May we all behold such a vision at the hour of our death!

The first two nights we heard outstanding talks from Msgr. Sullivan and Bishop McManus, both expressing the tragedy of assisted suicide and how we need to oppose its legalization here in Massachusetts. I recorded them and embedded them below for you to hear.
